Wild Birds at my Bird Feeder

It’s that time of year again… for watching the wild birds at my bird feeder.

Watching wild birds at my bird feeder has been a long-time family tradition, one passed down from grandma to son, son to daughter—hey! That’s me!

Yes… I do watch wild birds all year long—Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter. You’ll usually see me—“chasing” them around… frequently with camera in hand.

However, watching wild birds at a bird feeder is different. No chasing at all… just watching from my rocking chair peering out my window with my camera mounted to a tripod pointing outward… easy peasy!

Be Prepared For Photos!

I take a lot of photos from the comfort of my glider chair.

I read here…

I write here…

and I enjoy my little feathered companions here.

I also love to share the photos I take…

I share them on Facebook… Instagram… sometimes Twitter, sometimes Pinterest…

What kind of birds visit my bird feeder?

Here’s my list… and if any new birdies arrive, they also will be added to my here.

Even though they migrated south for the Winter, I included my hummingbird to the list. A sad day for me… love so much to watch them, too!

So, here is a list of the wild birds that are frequent feeders in my yard.

Although I compiled this list from wild birds I watched last year, I look forward to their return this year.
